The house was in a beautiful old neighborhood, it was peaceful and easy access to interstate and places we wanted to go. Walter was excellent at communicating with us. We had everything we needed and he even offered to go pick something up that we wanted to barbecue with. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if ever in the area.

This house in Belhaven was perfect for my work at the Archives and the activities we had around Jackson during the week. The house is older like most of Belhaven, but it was clean and well appointed. The best part of the house was that the beds were soft as were the sheets. For an Airbnb, those were some the best beds we have slept on. Also, the air conditioner worked well, the water was hot in the shower, and kitchen was stocked so we could cook some of our meals. When we're back in Jackson again, we'll check to see if this house is available.

Walter was a wonderful host and very responsive. He was very helpful and welcoming and had lots of good information prior to moving in and after we started our stay. Would definitely come back here again.

I've rented many AirBnBs but never had a host as welcoming, responsive, and accommodating as Walter. The first weekend here a local utility crew managed to cut the fiber optic cable to the neighborhood. As soon as I alerted Walter he immediately contacted the cable company to assess their repair priority, then arrived with a Hotspot to get me through the time it took for the service to be repaired. That kept me online and on deadline. The house was located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, much more peaceful than I expected. A very walkable area with friendly neighbors. Would stay here again.

We were in town for the All American Youth Rodeo at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds. We wanted something close but was a little nervous because the area really close to the arena is sketchy. Lol This house was exactly as described and more. It was clean and inviting, it has old house charm but updated cute decor! I wanted to stay longer! The area was exactly what we wanted, a 5 min drive but safe quiet area! The amenities included such as laundry pods, body wash, coffee station etc made it feel like I was staying at families house! The best sleep ever in the beds. I simply can’t say enough!! Walter was amazing to book with and was very attentive if I had a question. We utilized Walmart deliver so we literally didn’t want for anything. Can’t wait to book again for our next rodeo

Walter was extremely helpful from start to finish. A breaker flipped in the home and he was right over to fix it! Charming beautiful location! We needed additional days and he was so accommodating!!! I will definitely choose this location for future needs
