With 9 beds, 3 full baths and lots of space throughout, you can truly relax and enjoy your time in New Brandon. The cozy living room has very comfortable seating plus open to the dining and kitchen. The downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms have a king sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a large smart TV. The other three beds are queens. The other room has two bunk beds. The bathrooms are spacious and have a lot of storage and counter space for you to place your personal items in plus towels and soaps. There is plenty of gathering space to eat, play games, watch TV, or just hang out. We offer two nice back porches - one up and one down - in the private backyard with seating. YouTube TV offered No local stations We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. There are excellent restaurants nearby on the water- Shaggy's on the Rez, Pelican Cove, Cock of the Walk. If you are interested in an excellent steak - Monte's Steak and Seafood. The full kitchen is completely stocked for you to cook meals for the whole family. You can go to the local Kroger (1 mile from the property) for groceries or have them delivered. You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. We do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. Again, this is a quiet neighborhood. No parties or events are welcome. We do not want to disturb the neighbors. -Pets are not allowed at this property. If you bring any pet you will be charged a $500 fee and be asked to leave with no refund. -No parties or events. Breaking this rule will result in an immediate termination of the reservation and immediate eviction with no refund. Boat docked is not for guests. Do not touch or climb aboard. For the owner only. -Please only flush toilet paper down the commodes. Any plumbing calls resulting from flushing wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the commode will result in a plumbing bill to the guest. -Leaving excessive trash in the house after your reservation has ended may result in an extra cleaning fee of $50. All trash is to be taken to the outside trash can in a trash bag upon departure. Please observe trash days (written in the house manual in the property). You may also encounter a few lady bugs indoors. These get in at times when the doors open and there isn't much we can do about them except shoo them out. We have regular pest control services. Please note that we are in Mississippi and we co-exist with mosquitoes here in the hot months. Although we do employ mosquito control methods around the property, chances are you will still encounter many of these suckers. We recommend bringing and using bug spray when spending time outdoors.
